The development comprised two designs for six suburban villas within a larger development at The Park, Cheltenham. Although the project was completed some time ago the properties still look fantastic and we are proud of our small contribution to the area.

The proportions of the rooms and design approach reflect the architecture of the area to form contemporary neo-regency townhouses creating positive additions to the street scene. The painted stucco façade with the simple detailing and the corner turrets created successful and unique townhouses. Each villa comprises of six bedrooms, a self-contained flat on the lower ground floor with elegant iron balconies to the leaded veranda with views over the formal gardens from the Drawing Room.
The project has been chosen to illustrate our ability to work on projects in an urban setting with a strong architectural character and history. The contemporary townhouses are sympathetic with the character of an urban setting without creating a pastiche. The project also required strong detailing and fabrication information of the external features to ensure the architectural detailing was maintained.
